Thyme is made by one person who reads every message. If something is not working, or you just have a question, email 62orotund_ease@icloud.com and you will hear back from a human.
Report a bug from inside the app
The fastest way to get a problem fixed is to tap Settings → Report a bug in Thyme. It opens an email with your app version and device details already filled in, so we can see exactly what happened. Add a line about what you were doing, and send.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Thyme works without a login, name, or email. Your meals and lists live on your device and sync through your own iCloud.
Is my data private?
Yes. Recipe reading runs on your device, nothing is sent to an AI server, and we never sell your data. The full Privacy Policy has the detail.
Does one purchase cover my family?
Yes. Thyme supports Family Sharing, so one purchase covers your whole household. Pay once, and it is yours to keep. Never a subscription.
How do I join the beta?
Thyme is in private beta. Tap Join the waitlist on the home page and add your first name and email. We'll send you a TestFlight invite when a spot opens. At launch you'll be able to download it from the App Store.
